From Wednesday, August 7 through Saturday, August 10, over 200 Spring-Green franchisees, support center employees, strategic partners and all of their families gathered in Chicago, IL for Spring-Green’s National Training Conference. The theme, Building for Profit, speaks to Spring-Green’s dedication and desire to accelerate the journey to desired success.
The ideas generated from the conference are the building blocks to growing individual franchises and increasing profitability to support franchisees goals and dreams. And it’s the individual goals and dreams that fuel the long term successes of the entire Spring-Green organization.
On Wednesday, some of the topics discussed during educational sessions and roundtables included
- Building an employee handbook
- Benefits of using a payroll service
- Growth through acquisitions
- Increasing profitability and efficiency
By the end of the day, the group was ready for some fun and after a welcome by Spring-Green’s CEO, Ted Hofer, we divided into teams, built cars and raced them down a 50 foot long track!
Thursday started with a great breakfast and a series of franchisee-led roundtables. One of
the benefits of being part of a franchise system is the opportunity to learn from your peers, and the format of the Spring-Green National Conference allows for just that. Following the roundtables, franchisees spent several hours at the outdoor tradeshow with our valued vendors and partners learning about new equipment.
The day ended with a fun night of food and music. And it wouldn’t be a celebration if Spring-Green’s own hot air balloon made an appearance!
