Blend Seed

Definition:

Blend Seed

A mixture of one or more types of grass seed. Seed blends typically tend to adapt to different lawns better; for example, some blends are formulated to grow grass better in either a shady or sunny area. Blended seeding also helps prevent some lawn diseases: different grasses differ in their susceptibility to various lawn fungi, so some types of grass may get weaker while others will be resistant.
