Lawn Aeration
Definition:
Lawn Aeration
Often called cultivation, or core aeration, this lawn treatment reduces thatch and helps with the water and air circulation to the roots of growing grass. Small amounts of thatch promote humus, or good organic soil. When there is too much thatch, the ground becomes a breeding ground for insects and lawn diseases, both of which can cause widespread damage.
