Rust

Definition:

Rust

An orange or yellowish powder or spores that appear on blades of grass. This usually happens when weather conditions are dry, or in areas where the grass grows very slowly. These spores can easily be brushed off, but if there is a large area that is infected, rust can be tracked into homes. With proper grass treatment and care, rust can be controlled or even completely prevented.
