Customer Service Professionals

Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills? Enjoy problem-solving, analyzing information and assisting others? Spring-Green Lawn Care has the right opportunity for you to join the team as a Customer Service Professional! The ideal candidate would have experience in customer service, call center functions, inbound and outbound sales, scheduling, and/or other customer facing roles.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Handle inbound customer communications regarding lawn and tree care services.
  • Communicate with branch personnel to assist in resolving service issues.
  • Sell services to customers over the phone and email.
  • Perform collection calls, complete property measurements, and follow-up up on sales leads.
  • Complete data entry.

Office Manager

Have experience organizing, planning and overseeing an office and staff? Have you supported a team and motivated others to accomplish company goals and objectives? Spring-Green Lawn Care is looking to hire an Office Manager! The ideal candidate will directly supervise and oversee office staff by carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Interview, hire, and train employees.
  • Plan, assign, and organize office work.
  • Evaluate employee performance, discipline and resolve conflicts.
  • Supervise a group of office professionals performing customer service & sales functions related to Spring-Green’s lawn care, tree care, irrigation, and pest control services.

Lawn Care Technician

Are you enthusiastic, motivated and enjoy being outdoors? Spring-Green Lawn Care is looking to hire a Lawn Care Technician that will be responsible for providing lawn care services including fertilization, weed control, aeration and seeding. These services are designed to protect and maintain healthy lawns and landscapes for residential and/or commercial customers. Lawn Care Technicians are expected to work independently to complete daily route assignments while providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Obtain and maintain all required pesticide licenses.
  • Become familiar with product labels and SDS and accurately mix approved lawn or tree materials.
  • Apply appropriate lawn and tree care application services.
  • Diagnose lawn and tree problems.
  • Properly perform sales estimates.
  • Effectively communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner about service treatments, pricing options, etc.

Operations Manager

If you enjoy working outdoors, are goal-oriented and have a passion for motivating and developing others professionally, Spring-Green Lawn Care has the perfect opportunity for you as an Operations Manager! The ideal candidate would be a high-energy, results-driven, self- motivated individual with time spent in the office and on the road. Previous lawn or landscaping experience is helpful, but not required.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide day to day direction to Lawn Care Technicians.
  • Hire, train, coach and evaluate team members.
  • Make customer service calls as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure sales and marketing activities are executed according to plan.
  • Continually monitor equipment functionality to maximize safe, efficient use and output.
