Does Spring-Green require a service contract?

No. All pest control service plans continue on a month-to-month basis and may be discontinued at any time, for any reason. Payments are processed to a credit card on the 15th of each month until or unless you notify Spring-Green that you would like to discontinue your service plan and corresponding coverage.

Does Spring-Green provide free estimates?

Yes. Free estimates for all pest control services are provided by phone and/or email. The majority of single-family homes fit within our standard monthly pricing schedule.

How long will the service take?

Service times may vary based on the pests being treated for, extent of infestation, and various conditions in and around your home. On average, initial visits typically take 30-60 minutes. Subsequent routine visits, which are designed to focus on the exterior of the home, typically take 15-25 minutes.

What is your current service area?

Is it necessary to leave my home during the service? If so, for how long?

For the vast majority of pest control services being provided, there is no need to vacate your home at the time of service. Following most exterior applications, we typically suggest keeping people and pets out of the treated area long enough for the treatment to dry. If specialized treatments may be necessary requiring additional precautions, these will be discussed with you in advance of any treatment.

Will the stuff harm my children or pets?

Our products are used in accordance with label recommendations, and pose a minimal risk to people and pets.

What is included in the Total Home Pest Control Program?

Our Total Home Pest Control Program seeks to provide year-round protection in and around your home against a broad spectrum of common household pests. Because almost all pests found inside your home originate outside, our routine visits focus on the exterior of the home so we can mitigate their populations before they have a chance to get inside. Routine visits are performed on an ongoing basis every 2-3 months for as long as you choose to continue with your program. In the unlikely event certain pests arise, return, or persist between routine visits, you may request additional service calls anytime at no additional cost beyond your monthly fee.

What certifications do Spring-Green pest control technicians have?

Spring-Green takes certification seriously and we make sure our Pest Control Professionals are properly trained and receive annual certification based on state regulations. All of our Team Members are required to complete an internal certification through Spring-Green University, our proprietary online Learning Management System.

What is Spring-Green’s guarantee?

At Spring-Green, exceeding your expectations is our top priority. As a Spring-Green Total Home Pest Control customer, we guarantee your reasonable satisfaction with our pest control services. While our mission is to provide a pest-free environment in and around your home and our services are highly effective at reducing and eliminating most pest populations, each home environment is unique. As such, we cannot and do not guarantee total elimination of any pests. Should pest problems persist, your service plan includes access to unlimited, free additional services whenever necessary.

In the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with the services provided by your Spring-Green Pest Professional, please notify us by phone or email within 30 days after your service is performed and we will return to diagnose the problem and re-treat as necessary. Thereafter, we will continue to work with you until you are satisfied. If we are unable to meet your expectations, we may refund or credit the amount of your most recent pest control payment.

How and when do I pay?

Should you choose to sign up for your pest control program online through our website, you may pay for the first 12 months of the program at that time. If you do not prepay for the first year at the time of signing up online, we will contact you prior to your first service to finalize your account setup and establish payment arrangements via credit card. All pest control customers not paying for one year in advance will have their monthly payment automatically processed to a credit card on the 15th of each month for as long as they choose to keep their coverage active.

What happens if I see bugs in my home in between visits?

If you notice persistent pests between service visits, call us; service calls are FREE. We’ll come back to diagnose the problem and re-treat as is necessary, at no additional charge.
